Irritating. That’s what it is. I hate getting yelled at for something that is not my fault, even if the yelling is only relaying a message. I feel inept enough as it is without someone rubbing it in, but that’s how life on the second rung goes, I guess. Still, I am such a non-confrontational person as it is, that I got pretty upset.
The same goes for blanket punishment. One screws up, so everyone gets to suffer. Why not punish that one particular person, and not crap on everyone? I vaguely understand the justification for blanket punishment, but I do not think I will ever really agree with it.
