Today was a really good day. I had to work until 4pm, but it was a decent, laid back day at work, and I got a lot of stuff done that I had been putting off, so it worked out. I took a nap after I got home, but woke up again around 7, feeling pretty good, except that I had a bit of an upset stomach. Probably because I missed my dose of medicine today (I always forget on the weekends, ugh).
I went to see Kung Fu Hustle tonight. I really didn’t expect it to be very entertaining, but it was hilarious. I laughed so hard that my stomach hurt. Word of warning for anyone going to see it though, it IS subtitled, so if you have issues with that, stay at home.
Which brings me to my rant of the evening. People are rude. Just plain rude. Do they not know any better than to read subtitles aloud?! People really have no common sense. I don’t know why people want to ruin things for those around them, just because they are worthless and miserable.
Heh, anyway, I am home now…a little sore from my workout on the Gazelle, but otherwise happy.
I am not going to sleep at the moment, I think I will surf StumbleUpon a little more before nappy time. I know I go on and on about SU, but it is just a freakin’ cool utility. Seriously, if you haven’t checked it out yet, you need to. I usually find a lot of interesting sites, and the occasional really kick-ass site. Just today I was meandering along, and stumbled Cartoon Fridge, which has streaming Family Guy episodes, ‘long with King of the Hill and Futurama, just to name a few. I was pretty impressed. It could use a few more ‘toons, and the quality is what you would expect from a stream, but it was pretty spiffy nonetheless.
