I just have to stop for a minute…stop and breathe and not be terribly stressed out. Today has not been particularly pleasant.
I woke up at 6am, and hopped in the bathtub. Reaching for my scrubbie sponge, I spotted a snake-like creature. ugh. Yes, nestled there in the comfy comfines of my scrubbie, was a small snake. Needless to say, I was quite taken aback, as was my husband to responded to a frantic roar of “THERE’S A SNAKE IN MY SCRUBBIE!!!!!!” with minimal panic. Confustion and paranoia abounded this morning. I believe humore must have abounded in the animal control office as well. Yes, we called them. No, it wasn’t a snake. I am nor so lucky as to have a snake in my bath. It was a lizard:
