I am taking my first Spinning class tonight. I am nervous as hell. I am pretty determined to shrink my ass and tummy though, and no longer be The Blob. I am generally lazy and non-motivated when it comes to working out, but none of my clothes fit anymore, in post-summer Return of the Flab…coming to a love handle near you.
I am going to start being candid about my working routine and eating habits, and boring you with every mind-numbing detail!!!
Hopefully I will be lucid enough tonight to blog about the whole experience.
