I don’t know a lot of people who have Ipods, and only one who has a video Ipod, even though it is the best thing since sliced bread.

I have ran into some issues “backing up” my DVDs to store on my Ipod, due to the copy protection, and difficulty getting the files into the right format.

Cathy Lu of Wired posted a great article today about decrypting and converting the files for Ipod. It also works for PSP, which I would have if I was a gamer. Since I am much more into music and other forms of entertainment, the Ipod was the one for me. Read the article.

In other Ipod news, there are rumors of a 6g Ipod to be announced in April, with a large touchscreen instead of a click wheel. Pretty cool, but I am not sure how much I would like a touch screen. I wonder if it will use a stylus or just finger responses?
