I keep our apartment pretty damned cold year round. This morning when I woke up, it was 60 degrees farenneit, which is a little too chilly even for me. I keep it 68-72ish ideally, which can still be a little nippy at times. However, I love snuggling under a blanket in a cool room, while I read or type on my laptop. Problem is, your arms still get chilly if you are wearing short sleeves (which I usually am). I’ve wanted a Slanket since I read about it on Popgadget, but since they are out of stock for an undetermined amount of time, I think I am going to have to buy my husband and myself a Freedom Blanket. A fleece blanket with sleeves is a wonderful idea! Slankets are 65.00, but the Freedom Blanket is only 29.99 for a 60X72, so I will be ordering a pair in the near future.
