July 29, 2006 :: General ::

Orientation went well today. I was exhausted from trekking up and down those hills for an hour, but all in all, it was good. I absorbed some good info, and was struck by a feeling of “Wow, I am actually doing this. I am going to college“. Plus, I got a decent workout walking up and down the hills on campus. :)

Speaking of workout, I am doing ok on the WIDWFLI (Whenever I Damn Well Feel Like It) Workout Plan. That paired with the EWIDWP (Eat What I Damn Well Please) Diet has helped me lose 2 pounds and 2 1/2 inches this month!

In all seriousness though, I have not had the energy to workout as much as I would like. However, I am making slow, steady progress, which is better than nothing at all.
