The RIAA Tries to Give a Reacharound to the Legal System

The RIAA has decided to scale back their whole lawsuit operation, as it's really costly to pay all those lawyers. Good news, right? Wrong. Rather than take all that time with the legal system, the RIAA is going right for the terrified, non-billionaire jugulars of the "perps" by coercing ISPs to do their dirty work for them.
Basically, the RIAAssholes want ISPs to send "copyright violators" to a website (p2plawsuits.com), where they have the option of paying 1000.00 to avoid being sued. Fucking RIAA, this is borderline extortion in my opinion. Granted, it gives people the option to pay a smaller fine, but it is circumventing the legal system and due process.
In the cases where the person is not actually guilty of anything, the RIAA is going to be raping them for money they do not actually owe to anyone, much less those bastards.
