Last night wasn't quite as busy as I thought it might be, though I did not finish everything I hoped to. I was hoping to get all my work done so that I could do my homework today, but no such luck. I still plan on taking my homework with me to work, just in case I have some free time. I have a test coming up on Saturday, which I am a little nervous about, but hopefully I will do OK.
In other news, I'm set to get my truck fixed this week, so that's a good thing.
My parents found a house a few weeks ago, and will be moving in around April 16th. It's a cute little place in the country, where they should be able to relax and possibly enjoy life for one. They will be living nearer to me so I am sure I will be seeing them more often. Hopefully that turns out well. I am looking forward to eating more of my mother's cooking. :)
I don't have anything else interesting to report right now, so I am signing off and going to bed!
Turistas was not a bad movie. The plot was OK (organ harvesting!), the acting was OK, it didn't lose your interest or end badly.
One thing I liked was that the girls did not seem like complete morons as they seem to be in other horror/thriller movies. They made some decent decisions and weren't whiny little babies the entire time. In fact, the guys were more whiny and irritating than the girls were. There was one character that I was glad to see get shot in the face. He would not shut up about how awful the conditions were, while the others barely made a peep about it.
If you are looking for a movie to watch that has a little gore, a little action and does not make you think too much, this is the movie for you.
The deleteditems.net message forum has been reborn, for those who are interested. For the most part, I hope to use it to post changes/uploads to my (media) server (I will be posting anytime I upload a new item), but I have created a few more categories in case anyone is interested in discussing other things.
