I've had a hell of a week.

Tuesday I was sick, and spent the day at home resting and taking supplements. I got a little behind at work as a result, and spent Wednesday and Thursday playing catch up.

Thursday night after work, I had to drive 2 hours to be with my mom the next morning. She was having a heart catheterization.  Thankfully, everything turned out ok; she does not need surgery. 

I got very little sleep both Thursday and Friday, so I wasn't really prepared for my algebra test yesterday morning. I did fine, however. I only have one more session to go, then I am off for the summer.

After a good nap yesterday, I decided to go out with a friend last night. First I went to a local wine bar for a mini concert, which was alright. Later on, I went with my friend to a local gay bar. I had never been to a gay bar before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly, I had more fun there than I've had in a long time. I danced and watched the drag show, and just had a great time. I can't wait to go back!!

I know I've been rather disconnected and unsociable as of late, but I really have a whole lot going on, leaving me little time to relax, surf and blog. My weekends are filled with helping my parents get settled in their new home, and my weeks filled with homework, work and my new workout routine. 

No worries, I will be back to blogging and bitching in no time. :)
