"Court Says Forcing Student to Write “I’m a Retard” 100 Times Not Abuse"

Um, no shit genius! I personally think this was a pretty good punishment for the little brat. I also personally think that I use the word "personally" far too much in my posts. That's neither here nor there, my friend.

This is a case of someone being punished for doing something that obviously harmed another person. In most cases (ie "Bong Hits for Jesus") people are punished for some contrived, possible, might be a reference to a taboo that is a result of a retarded society. I think more people should be forced to write "I'm retarded" on a few things. Maybe even a tattoo on their forehead. I think this Italian teacher should get a medal! Now, I'm going to go eat some Italian food as a tribute!!!
