I am not a Kanye West fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I was certainly impressed by his song "Stronger" that is layered with "Harder Faster Stronger" by Daft Punk.

I am actually watching the VMAs at the moment. Britney Spears is doing an obviously lip-synced performance, but she actually doesn't look half bad. Of course, the whole routine is slut-tastic, and certainly no where near as well done as the old Britney… but kudos to her for actually daring to perform again after pretty much ruining her reputation over the past couple of years!

I was talking to a friend of mine earlier about why she didn't dance…at all, and it's been decided that it was intentional…so she wouldn't jiggle too much. :)
Poor Britney…she could have done so much better!

Labor day weekend was entirely too short here in my world. I didn't really do much of anything. We had a going away dinner for a friend of mine who is moving away, but other than that, I stayed home, watched TV and played video games all weekend. I did have to replace a radiator hose on my husband's car that burst on Friday, but that isn't really that vacation oriented. :)
