Another Holiday Season has almost come and gone. I spent the weekend both working and partying (the tame kind, it was a company party), and not doing much relaxing. I did enjoy myself, though I retired early last night. I’m old and all, so it’s to be expected. Christmas Eve is to be spent with my parents as usual, with Christmas day devoted to my dad’s side of the family at my grandmother’s house. I usually enjoy being around most of the people there, so I am looking forward to it. I am still tired, and will be probably until the weekend following New Year’s. I need to look into registering for classes for the upcoming semester, work on my IT certifications and get focused more on work as well. It doesn’t leave much time for fun and home life, but being the slacker I am, I am sure I will fit plenty of laziness into the schedule. :)

In other news, I want to give a shout out to the guys I work with…thanks for being patient with me while I am (still) adjusting to my new job duties. You all ROCK!

To my husband, I am so proud of you for working your (hot) ass off lately at work, even though it means I don’t get to see you as much as I would like. At least we get to play Rock Band and Guitar Hero 3 together, even if I suck. :(
